CDF's Holistic approach to fitness

Dishant’s journey as a coach began with training sports to his juniors, a passion passed down from his grandfather, a renowned wrestling coach in his time, as well as from the coaches who inspired him. Over the past ten years, he has transformed the lives of countless individuals. When he says “transformed,” he doesn’t just mean weight loss or muscle gain, but a complete change in the lifestyle of people who once found working out challenging or even undesirable.

For Dishant, fitness is not just about building big muscles—it’s about fostering confidence in one’s health, both physical and mental. The ultimate goal of his training is to design workout schedules that are not only safe but also challenging. When training with Dishant, quitting is never an option. Together, clients work to upgrade their fitness levels through consistency, willpower, and carefully crafted workout plans.

As soon as you start, you will receive an email with confirmation and a questionnaire regarding your current situation, diet , goals and more so that Dishant can prepare a custom plan for you and take you ahead from there. 

All of our plans are one time fee. Each plan has different offerings, Please visit the coaching programs page for details.

Dishant is a certified personal trainer with Sports nutrition certification,  Rehab & prehab certification and Exos fitness specialist certification.

A session consist of performing the workout routine, progress tracking and answering any questions that you might have.
